The farm " Egelykke " that we bought in 1981

We live in the beautiful area of Vejle Ådal between Vejle and Billund In Denmark.

About us

We have had fox terriers in more than 30 years and bread the smooth fox terrier for more than 20 years, so we have by now achieved a massive knowledge of the breed.

Our first dog was a fox terrier crossbreed from a wire and a smooth. The whole family loved this dogs mind and behaviour, always happy and a fantastic playmate for our children.

In 1984 we purchased a purebred fox terrier, our choise was the smooth because it didn’t require trimming like the wire. Some years after we decided to have a litter, but in order to have that it was necessary to take our bitch to a dogshow , so the puppies could get their pedigrees.---- AND WE WERE HOOCKED----- since then we have been devoted to the breed and show dogs here and in other countries.

Throughout all the years we have gained so much knowledge to the breed and our big wish is to to breed healthy and typical fox terriers with the right temperament.

In order to improve the breed we have until this day imported dogs from Polen- Sweden-Finland-Belgium - USA and Germany .

We have also mated our bitches with dogs from kennels outside Denmark, we have spend a lot of money in our breed, but the advantage has been that we have several lines to use in the breed.

Beyond this I am educated as a farmer

and domestic animal technician with speciality in pigs.
